ONLINE THERAPY
Serving clients from all over the state of Florida via telehealth/via video conferencing. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions and can be done from the comfort of your home.
How does therapy work? How long does it take?
Therapy is conducted weekly and the sessions run for 50 minutes. We will start with an intake assessment to have a better understanding of your situation. We will then collaboratively work on setting the goals that you would like to achieve. During the course of therapy, you will gain insight about your challenges and will learn healthier copings skills, which you will be expected to practice in between sessions to improve your challenging situation by changing thought patterns and behaviors that will assist you in attaining your goals.
I will tailor my therapeutic approach to guide you in resolving your specific needs. My desire is to equip you with healthy ways of coping with short-term therapy. On average a client meets with me between 12 – 24 sessions to achieve their goals. A treatment plan is reviewed after three months to assess the client’s progress and to discern if new goals need to be added or if the client gets to graduate from therapy after completing their goals.
